Lead Carpenter – This individual has at least 5 years experience overseeing various tasks. From communication, to subcontractor and employee oversight, the lead carpenter is responsible for on-site management of day to day tasks, planning, and execution. Skills include – Leadership, Overall knowledge of the job site, ability to read plans, strong with problem solving, proficient in trade knowledge.
Hardscaper – This Individual Has at least 5 years experience and is proficient with laying pavers, building outdoor kitchens, fire pits, fireplaces, etc. This Individual has the ability to run the job, lead the team, and is responsible for on-site management for outdoor projects.
Finish Carpenter – This individual is responsible for creating the best finishes. This includes cabinetry, trim, custom mantels, or doors and windows. The candidate should be proficient in high-quality installation.
Project Manager – This candidate will be proficient in leadership skills, scheduling, budgeting, communication, and problem-solving. The Project Manager will provide needed materials and collaboration with the Lead Carpenter. Project Managers are also responsible for project finances, ensuring that the completed project falls at or below budget.
Apprentice – This individual is responsible for assisting the carpenter or lead carpenter complete the necessary tasks to help ensure the project is completed according to plans and specifications, as well as meet all quality control checks.
